Air India — Partial refund for a flight delayed by 4.30 hours | |||||
E-ticket number[protected]Pnr z9bxk) My flight on 3rd april 11.55 pm from pune to goa was delayed by 4.30 hours and i was informed of this the previous night on 2nd april 2016. So next morning, i contacted air india help desk and the airport who said i can get a full refund as the flight was facing a long delay. I cancelled the ticket online and booked another ticket with spicejet paying an extra rs. 3000 at 12.30 pm. To my surprise, air india has now deducted charges while refunding back the money to my agent makemytrip. Whenever i call to resolve this, i'm told that a senior will call me in 30 minutes and no one has freaking called me back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
