Air India — Past Employer Not Providing Relieving Letter

I have resigned from AIASL (a subsidiary of Air India)about 50days before but till date I haven't received my Relieving/Experience Letter.
My current organization is asking for the Relieving letter else I will be terminated. I have mailed them several times but got no response.
