[Resolved] Air India — payment deducted but can't get ticket

I have tried to book air ticket from air india on date 7th january 2020 at least 5 time,
But each time in final step i got error message,
Then i download air india mobile application and try to make book ticket,
Finally i successfully finished all steps on application and also
Make payment of 178571.80 inr, from axis bank.
But after payment done i can't get confirmation and got error message again.
After i contact customer care and thy ask me to email on (1) [protected]@airindia.in (2) [protected]@airindia.in,
And also said that your ticket is auto cancell.
I send mail on both email id, but can't got even confirmation.
Please help me for my amount back.

I have booked four flight for two person for
Surat to new york via delhi.
(1) ramesh balar
(2) varsha balar
(1) ai 490 for date 5 jun 2020, selected seat : 9a, 9b
(2) ai 101 for date 6 jun 2020, selected seat :27a, 27b
(3) ai 102 for date 5 aug 2020, selected seat :27a, 27b
(4) ai 489 for date 6 aug 2020, selected seat :9a, 9b
Total payment deduct : 178571.80 inr for
Inb/[protected]/air india (Bill desk)
My transaction refernce no :ruti[protected]
Date of trnsaction : 8 jan 2020
Bank : axis bank
Isfc code : utib0002083
My bank account no : [protected]
Please guide me to solve this.

when I submit complaint I don't know that it solved so early, Thanks to TEAM consumer complaints, they have not contct me by email or by phone but Air India directly give me refund in my account within 2 hours. Thanks again.
