Air India — Payment has been deducted and I could see the error page once I gave the OTP. | |
Hi, I was booking an Economy ticket from Bangalore to London(BLR -LHR) for 5th Nov 2020 in the name of Divya Singh Bhadoriya through the Air India website. But as soon as I gave the OTP for making payment via HDFC Net banking, the payment of Rs 23989 got deducted from my HDFC account( OTP and sms received) and instead of getting the ticket booked status the page was navigated to Error page where I could see the message quoted as mentioned here .(Refer the attachment) I waited for half an hour for the ticket but I received no email /no sms for the booked ticket. Cheque Ref VHDF[protected]-BilldkAIR INDIA[protected] Amount 23, 989.00 It was an emergency for my travelling so I had to book the ticket again for which I have received email and sms both with the ticket confirmation. ( In the below attachment you can check both sms and otp for both payment deduction) Kindly please make the refund as soon as possible for the first unsuccessful ticket booking for which I have been charged unnecessarily.
