Air India — refund for unused paid seats

I purchased two extra leg space seats for traveling in economy class with my booking reference number ymw6d. However, i didn't use them as i upgraded the bom-ewr sector to business class.
So, can you please arrange to return the amount usd 116.80 paid for unused extra leg space seats?
I sent the original email to [protected]@airindia.in on 02/24/2020 requesting to return the amount usd 116.80 paid for two unused extra leg space seats and sent several reminders after that. So far i have not even received acknowledgment of my request.
