Air India — Refund of amount as the ticket not booked,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, I krishna choudhary beg to say that I booked a Air Ticket for visiting from CCU to BOM on 27.01.2021(Wednesday) by AIR INDIA Flight and the date of performing Journey was 29.01.2021. but it is a matter of great sorrow that on several contacts from the Ticket booking company i.e Travolook, the deducted amount has not yet been refunded.
