On 2nd march 2023, I had very bad experience travelling through the air India. I reached at airport at 9 pm, i was at boarding counter around 9:20 pm, then they done all weighting n tagging the bags. As we have two extra bags for which they said we have to pay on the another counter overthere. My husband went to baggage payment counter, but they took long hours to complete all the process, due to which we got too late to catch our flight. Person on the boarding counter putting soo much pressure on me, due to which i got worried.As my husband return after payment, boarding persons told as to run along with them. As i ran to catch my flight i got panic attack, higher my blood pressure, in whole flight from Delhi to Tokyo i got severe unstoppable cough, fever, high blood pressure, my health got upset. here my doctor also advise me bed rest due which my work also suffer. As i feel issues related to my health safety so i want you to refund my baggage payment due to which we got late and i have face soo many health issues. as you are one of top company and don't want to loose the customer trust
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My strong advice to everyone. please AVOID AIRINDIA in all means. Cheap way to cheap. Nobody will even take or register your complaint. They are well known for that. AIR INDIA, SHAME ON YOU. Flight stinks as well.
it is time for them to shut down AIRINDIA for good. They take people money and they treat you like scum bags.
