[Resolved] Air India — refund payment not received for cancelled air e-ticket | |||
Sir I have booked my flight ticket using my sbi credit card to las vegas usa on[protected] through air india booking office coimbatore for the departure date[protected] from coimbatore air port. Since i could not visa before[protected] i have cancelled my ticket on[protected] from the coimbatore air india booking office. My e-ticket number is[protected]. Rloc: ai y1mnz/1g v37b24 Web reference: nsibe48685903 But even after one month from the date of cancellation the cancelled ticket amount rs 133000/- (Rupees one lakh thirty three thousands) is not credited into my sbi credit card account. The ticket price is rs 148311/- (One lakh forty eight thousands three hundred and eleven). Cancellation charge deducted by ai is rs 15000/-. Hence i request you kindly help me to get my refund credited back into my sbi credit card. I am looking forward your kind help and reply.
