Air India — Regarding baggage damage

I had travelled from Mumbai to New Delhi on 27thFeb'22 and while collecting my luggage at New Delhi airport found the same damaged.

Immediately i had lodged a complain at baggage counter of air india at T3 terminal of New Delhi. (receipt enclosed)

I had immediately sent an email on 27thFeb'22 on the email id provided at the baggage counter and on the complaint slip.

Thereafter on their email on 1stMar'22, i had again sent the photos from all angles as desired by the authorioties.

Since there was no reply from the authorities, i had sent an reminder email on dated 7thMar'22 and 14thMarch'22, even then there is no reply from the authorities.

Request your intervention to settle my claim towards loss I have incurred.

on 23rdMarch'22, i received a call from [protected] regarding the claim i made for my baggage damage while travelling with Air India from Mumbai to Delhi on 27thFeb'22 with AI 687.
The gentleman on phone wanted me to do certain things with which I had my doubt and I asked him to shoot an email to with details. Upon receiving the email I could conclude that its fake email.
Now the question is how did the gentleman know that I had lodged a complaint with Consumer Complaints. This is really alarming on our part to note. Screen shot of the email is attached for ready reference. Should you require any other infromation, please revert,

reference to the email received on 19th March'22, complain was to be resolved against my baggage claim by now. Its more than 10 days passed, i am yet to get any email from Air India.

Request you to look into and help me in resolving the issue of damage claim.

I lost my baggae and sent mail too many times still didnt got any replay . I don't know in which worlds i told them now, And i recommanded to all of you even if airindia give FREE ticket not prefere airindia
