Air India — service deficiency on flight

I was travelling from mumbai to goa by ai663 today i. E., on nov16, 2017 in economy class. To my surprise, i was upgraded to business class (Seat no. 3f). The flight took off by 1330 hrs. Food served on board in business class was not given citing shortage of serving tray. The logic given was not fathomable. Air hostess, ms p sehgal, was arrogant to the core. She first checked the boarding passes of two of business class passengers including mine. She took the liberty to humiliate by offering inferior stuff w. R. To business class standards. This was done intentionally to humiliate upgraded economy class passenger.
Hope the errant air hostess is punished to set an example for others not to follow suit.
I am a regular traveller with air india and hope my complaint will be taken to the logical conclusion with an intimation to the undersigned.
