Air India — Ticket cancelled from airline end

I booked AirIndia ticket to travel from Port Blair to Chennai on Jan 14, 2022. My booking got confirmed previously. The PNR is JFK6T.
Recently the PNR has been cancelled from Airline end. Since the cancellation was from their end I wanted the AirIndia to nook ticket on same day instead of refund. And give me a confirmed PNR for travel.
I tried reaching out to Customer care and said my issue but they transferred my call to another department but I was in hold for more than a hour and no representative was there to answer me.
