Air India — ticket not booking, money deducted from account | |
This is regarding booking of air ticket in airindia website today,[protected]. The ticket (Multi city) was booked for delhi to kozhikode and the payment was made through upi (Bhim) app. An amount of rs. 4020/- was deducted from my bank account. The ticket was not booked and an error message was reported by the website. The amount of rs. 4020/- was not returned by air india for the un-booked ticket.
