[Resolved] Air India — Tickets not booked but money deducted

I have tried booking flight tickets from Air india. But i haven't received any confirmation email/booking reference from Air india. I have used UPI transaction. After payment i have received "something went wrong with payment transaction". But the payment was successful and money deducted from my account. I need the full refund amount.

I received my refund on 17th Nov after multiple communication with Air india customer support. But happy i have received soon

As per customer support, the refund was initiated as on 21st October 2022. But i haven't received any confirmation or amount from you..
The bank is asking for confirmation email about refund processed.
