Hi,
I tried to book a ticket on airindia site (On,), from london to indore. While entering all the the details, i proceeded to make payment, but the payment failed at billdesk gateway (After passing back authorization). And money about gbp 1189 got deducted from my account. I called up the customer care and they asked me to drop an email to [protected]@airindia.in about the issue, and assured me that i will get a response within 24 hours. I did the email but its more than 2 day since then i have to received any response on email.
With a failed transaction how can you charge money. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
