See the below trails. Its evident that either blinds work at Aircel or they are bluntly fooling customers. Basis my complaint they first asked me to share the SMS i received where it confirmed validity for 30 days. But when shared they started copy-paste their reply. Even surprisingly (??) their appalet authority never responds even if you ask reply from them separately. No contact details of their senior management is available in grievance link. Very Very poor level of customer service, not sure how they are still in business !! I want strict actions to be taken for this complaint. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] If that is the case then what about your SMS, why are you misleading your customers? How many customers do you fool around a day? 1000? 10000? Either you solve my issue with honesty and ethically or give me your MD OR CEO's email id. I wish to take it up with them and if the Senior management also sticks to the same stance I wont mind taking it upto TRAI or CONSUMER COURT . . . . Let me put it pointwise for both of our ease: 1) You argued through your last mails that post my recharge of INR 393/- for 3G pack; I was given 4.8 GB for 28 days and not as per the SMS which I claimed to have received mentioning data credit of 3.6 GB only. You were so ADAMANT that even after i reconfirmed that it was not 4.8 GB, you wanted me to send you the snapshot of the SMS. I have attached herewith for your REFERENCE. 2) This recharge was done on 27 Aug and should have been valid for 30 days. However, post consumption of only 3.09 GB data, my account balance was deducted on 23 Sep (seems 28th day); which actually meant that I have consumed the entire data before the last date. As a result INR 30-40 (approx) was deducted. And I was left without any balance/data and my phone useless. 3) I didn’t have any other choice to again do a recharge to keep my phone active and continue with the calls, as my 2years son and wife were staying away from me for couple of days. I don’t know if you guys will have the WILL to understand that above mess you all have created !!! Really doubt how customer centric is your approach. At the juncture where all the telecom companies are struggling hard to stay in the market, i really felt that this feedback should go to your MD/CEO’s office. Now I want a quick resolution to the issues as mentioned below – a) I need my remaining (1.80 GB approx) 3G data to be credited asap. Validity should be increased obviously. b) Need the balance (INR 40/- talktime) which was deducted, even after I had sufficient data balance. c) I want an apology letter for the entire mess with the reason behind it. d) Given the above I deserve compensation for the harassment and mental stress.
