[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel postpaid bill complaint

Mobile no:[protected] bill amount:300 for june 2016. I paid the amount through https://epayment.aircel.com/aircel-billpay/pmt_face.jsp this website (Indian bank).
Amount is transferred to your account but your side us amount is not paid for june month. June month bill is added to july month. So i paid the bill for june & july month again on 16.08.2016. For june month bill desk no inb[protected] transfered to[protected]. Kindly request you to refund the amount to my account.

Still there is NO Response. Amount is not refunded I am waiting for one months. If we called ur executive they telling as ur complaint is forwarded but there is no responses Very Worst Response form Your Customer care Executives
