I want to port out my aircel no to other telecom companies. But i cant sent any msg to 1900. I talk with customer care aircel executive but they told me they dont know anything about port out. My aircel no- 9804544994, 8296384740. Plz help me

    I have to port my number from aircel to other network due to the network problems. I have requested for upc many times but i cannot get back the portal code.
    Even i have made a call for customer care service but i cannot able to speak with the customer care officer
    Aircel is not providing that code. Please to favour for me.
    This situation making me to get frustration.. Please consider my complaint

      Hi sir,

      I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel in my area since a week. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I am facing issues in incoming n outgoing calls n messages as there is no network coverage at all. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 22nd and 24th february 2018 but to no avail. Aircel please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

      Dear sir,
      My aircel number is inactive since a week and this is my only primary number. I am unable to receive any calls or do any otp related work because of failure of network. The network comes for a minute or two and then it's gone. Inspite of my messaging several times to 1900 i didnt receive the unique porting code. I am trying to get the code since 22nd of february 2018 but to no response. Please provide me with the code as soon as possible. I am attaching the screenshot of the repeated messages i did at 1900. Would be a great help i[censored] resolve my issue

          I am not getting any upc code from aircel. I send sms many times and form 3-4 days but not getting any code. I tired to talk customer care but there is no response and mail to company about it but there is no response.
          Please provide me upc code (Aircel number - [protected])
          Alternate number -[protected]
          And aircel network strength is very bad to talk to anyone.

            Yesterday i have sent the port message
            After few hours some kind of tpin has come
            Now more than 24 hrs have passed
            But no upc code has come
            And without upc code i cannot port my number.
            So i kindly request you to sent me the upc code so that i can port my number
            As i am in a dead network zone so i request you to please help me out

              I have aircel sim ([protected]) since 2010, Currently in my area (i, e Panagarh, West Bengal) aircel network not available maximum time. That because i am not able not call any one from my cell.I am a service man & mobile is very vital for me. So i am decided to PORT my number with any other teli company. I send SMS for PORT request on dated 22/02/18.But till date i have not yet revived any PORT number. Several time i was try to contact customer care but they say PORT number already generated & it will valid 11/03/2018. But i don't got any SMS regarding PORT number. Please look into matter it's very urgent.

                Hello sir,
                I have not received my unique porting code (Upc) code on my aircel number. I have sent my porting request to 1900 yesterday (In 23rd february 2018). But i have not received my unique porting code (Upc) from aircel telecom provider yet. Please sent me my unique porting code through email otherwise sent me the unique porting code through sms very quickly. I want to port my number urgently to vodafone as in my place there is low aircel network coverage. Please see my report.

                i was also suffering from network issue.
                if was also not getting call.
                So please do forwarding your Aircel number to any another number.
                you will start getting call on another number on which you do forward.

                  I have tried many times to sent messages for port but upc code not received. My all messages are sent but no reply. My mobile number [protected] plz help me... I have upc code to change other network.

                    Sir,
                    Inspite of sending repeated mail request to give port code, i have not recieved single mail from aircel.
                    Such a bad customer service, the ppl in showroom said with in 24 hrs port code will be sent but itz been more than 24 hrs i have not received a single message from aircel.
                    The customer service is not responding either.
                    If this goes on will have to file case with aircel.
                    I need problem to be sloved at earliest as my business is suffered

                    I am holding aircel number for 10 yrs. I am not given the port change number as i need to change the network from aircel to another. I have tried contacting aircel chennai customer service but no response. I need to change the network service soon as my work is too badly effected. I am not getting signal nor able to contact customer support. I need to change it immediately.
                    I request you to kindly give me the port number so i can shift soon

                          I am getting to much problem with aircel network at my area. Unable to to call and not getting incoming. Getting difficulty to make transactions. I need to keep this number.                             My area is suffering from black out of aircel network since 4-5 days. Apart many complain through email, phone calls, tweets the problem is nt resolved. My port messages are also rejected by aircel cc. They are not providing me the port code for undersigned numbers:

                            3-[protected]
                            As this no. Are permanent and document attached numbers. We are suffering since 5 days.

                            My area is omp square, cuttack, odisha. Pin 753003

                            If AIRCEL can not handle the situation to resolve the issue - why they are no asking for experts from other service providers. All Inefficient people have gathered in AIRCEL only causing No Tower connectivity for the last 100 Hours at Dumdum Gorabazar area . It is shocking .Let the Chairman, MD and CFO with Head, Customer services be sacked immediately and Trai is to intervene.

                                  It's been 3 days since i've been trying to get the porting code, despite messages being "delivered" i am not receiving the unique code which is very irritating. And the tower strength fails most of the time. I have tried customer care but no response. Mostly not picking up call. I need to port my number to bsnl. And i need upc for porting. Please look into this matter as soon as possible as this is my official number.

                                    I am using aircel network from year 2005.. My number recently got sms service barred. So that i am not able to send message to any one. That problem never affected me because i stopped messaging and started using whatsapp service. Now there is a need for sms outgoing service because of aircel network issue and other issue too. I am very pancic that if i lose aircel number what will i do.. I am running out of mind. I request you to give solution as soon as possible. Solution will be permanently like port or activate sms outgoing service.

                                      I want to port my number from aircel to any other network. I have sent the request for the unique porting code several times. But i didn't get the upc till now. Moreover, there is no network currently in the area i'm residing. I'm facing a lot of problems due to this. I need the unique porting code immediately so that i can resume my contacts through my number. Hope you provide it soon.
