I have been trying a lot to send port request to 1900 with port followed by my 10 digit number since 3 days.. This is my permanent and very important number, but if port pin will not come i cant change my service provider. When the message will come i have been trying a lot. Please help me. I dont want to loose my imp number [protected]. If the compny will be shuted down then how can recover my number if port number is not coming at all???

      Dear sir/ma'am,

      I have sent sms for asking port number but haven't received it yet. My mobile number is [protected] and i stay at kolkata circle. Please provide me the port number as soon as possible.

      Aircel's network is too bad and i am not receiving any signal to call any of my contacts. Please provide port number as soon as possible.

        I am trying to get my upc from past few days as aircel has no network in most of the areas from past couple of weeks!

        Even after repeatedly sending port to 1900 many times i still didnt receive the port number (Which tells me that aircel is trying to cheat the customers)

        Its been 2weeks since i am trying to contact the customer care and guess what they are always busy and call gets dropped automatically.

        Please send my upc.

          It's been 3 days since i've been trying to get the porting code, despite messages being "delivered" i am not receiving the unique code which is very irritating. I talked to the c care, received a description that there is a server issue (Which could be the possibility, so i agreed) which would be resolved within 12 hrs. Now after 3 days i'm not even being transferred to customer support (I suspect i've been blocked by them, trying for last 2 days) which is the height of being irritation. Now i am standing nowhere with this unprofessional company!

          I tried to port my Aircel number by SMS and call as well. There is no reply for SMS and when I try to call, it says this number doesn't belong to this circle and the call gets disconnected. please provide a common number to reach easily for porting.

            I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my home. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 23 Feb, 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

              I had taken distribution of aircel in 2015 it was in icr location
              Dhule (Maharashtra)

              I have submitted all the documents which were requested by finance team at that time and had also company had agreed to pay the expenses charges for closing and transferring the remaining stock back

              But as that company employee has left the job there was no more action taken from your side and my full n final settlement of my security deposit as well as other amounts are still pending

              I sent the SMS to 1900 for UPC code. but I didn't receive any message regarding the UPC.

              The Aircel numbers I tried are:

              1. [protected]
              2. [protected]

              Note:

              the format I used was

              1.PORT [protected]
              2. PORT [protected]

              looks like the Aircel signals are completely wiped out in Chennai. those two numbers are my personal numbers. help me

                Hi i'm karthick... The problem is over 6 months. I can't send the messages to other mobiles and also there is a service message problems... Now there is a problem of closing the network i have to change the number to other network... For that they messaged me to port the number. But the message is not going.. Kindly help me to come over the problem.

                    There is no network in our area for last 11days without any prior notice. We are suffering for this network problem very seriously. How can a company cut the network for such a long period without giving any notice to its customers. If you can't give satisfactory service to ur customers than let us port our numbers to other network. Its very frustrating. Many works of mine are pending due to your bad service. Resolve the problem what ever it is very soon. I dont want to be your customer anymore so provide network as soon as possible so i can port my number to airtel.

                        There is no network in my area, so i am going to port my aircel no to jio. But when i send the porting msg there was no reply from them. I tried many times but the resukt was same . I contact to costmer care he said that upc will be given shortly but nothing happens.                           I m a ranchi jharkhand aircel user, i have texted through message that is 9 time though valid mode that is by typing port [protected] to 1900 but didn't got my upc code yet u have tried 9 time my 9 rs deducted by didn't got upc. Please help me to get upc. I want my portability code i want to port my number to airtel facing problem to do my online transaction because all my banking transactions r linked by my aircel numbers

                            I stay in delhi & have an aircel number for a long time. The services have deteriorated over the last couple of years & hence i decided to switch my network provider. But whenever im sending the port message to 1900 im not getting any response from aircel. Ive sent messages to 1900 numerpus times but havent heard back from aircel. Hence request you to please help.                                 My aircel number [protected] isn't working for last 20 days and whenever i call customer care executive they are saying problem will resolve within 2 working days and nothing happened and then i had requested to port my number on 15/02/2018 and now its more then then 7 days number isn't started. Which type of service are you providing? Please let me know when will my ported number statred?

However, inspite of sending port messages many times at 1900 i am not getting upc code. I need to update it as early as possible. I want to port my number to vodafone.                                       I want to port my current aircel number. Yesterday i was able to send the message port [protected] but still i don't find upc code. Today i retried to send the same message to 1900 but getting error of "unable to send" though number have much balance to send a message.

                                      Tried many times to call customer care but it's automatically dropped says all lines are busy.

                                        Can you please tell that is aircel network been blocked as from 2 days i have not been receiving network on my aircel sim please update immediately whats the problem i am not able to understand why all the problem arises to aircel only...
