I have activated Rs2 internet pack (pi2) on number [protected] but when I try to deactivate it by feeding ussd code nothing happened rather daily deduction of Rs.2 is done. Please look into it and do the needful to deactivate it right now.

My no has more than 700 MB of 3g data but I am not receiving 3g speed and when I called 198 they were not able to resolve my issue and now they are not even responding to my calls . I had got data of 10 gb 3g by recharging of rs 289 . And now this company is not even listening to my complaints worst service possible .
