[Resolved] Aircel — Complain regarding balance deduction | |
I am rahul ranjan consumer of aircel from kota. My aircel no. Is [protected] many times balance deduct from my aircel account without any cause. So l request you to take senior action against it. If we call aircel customers to help he didn't received my call when i call from other aircel no. To ask about balance deduction then no any proper response given by aircel customer service. Many incoming call occur from aircel company if receive balance deduct automatic Was this information helpful? | |

This is in refernce to the current turmoil in the valley as every citizen of india is knowing that the situation is very tense. I am making complaint about the internet charges which company is charges from the post paid customers as we have not enjoyed the service from july 8 2016 and they are charging.

Sir my no is [protected] my balance is auto deducted rs 35 on 02/10/2016 at 09:44 for blockbuster service but, I am not aware of this, without an valid reason when I cantact to customer care they deny to refund my money and they behaved rudely now I am going to consumer court

I have charged twice this month firstly 60 rs then I called customer care they refund 30 rs.Now again I charged 35 rs again without any reason I am calling customer care but not Connecting. Requesting u to please check and take action.
