[Resolved] Aircel — Inappropriate deduction of money for 3g data usage | |||||
Deduction date and time- 2nd sept, 2016 between 9-10 pm Valid Aircel number- [protected] I was trying to install a app using aircel 3g on 2nd sept, 2016 .But only after 7mb download my balance became nil from Rs 118. I need refund of my money as price of 7mb is not 118 rupees. I sent several mails to customer care but they refused to refund . But 7 mb data cannot cost 118 rupee and therefore i should be refunded. Hum kanpur main rahte hai . aur mera sim kho gaya hai aur hamne fir kar di hai likin hame wahi number chachiye lekin yahan per duplicate sim bahut hi jyada costle pad raha hai
duplicate sim ki value 125rs le rahe hai
please bataiye ki duplicate sim ki value kitni hai

Because it is ur fault. U should not use internet even aftr ur know u dont hav data pack u had used 3G U have been charged the default no extra charges had been charged And Aircel dont Provide Refund for Internet Thank you
