Aircel — no aircel network signal to apply port number

I have been living in manali, chennai - 68. Since last 3 week there is no aircel signal in and around manali and tondaiyarpet area at chennai which highly interrupts my whole business process. Kindly resolve me with providing me any other solution or option to porvide port number to aircel number. I have been facing high stress due to the aircel network and their customer relatioship also. Even their appelant authority doesnot resolve the problems quickly. It took me 1 and half years to change a post paid sim to prepaid sim. Very worst in resolving customer grievance.

I want to port Aircel to others network but msg is not sending to 1900. My no is related with adhar, bank account, gas connection, and official how can I overcome from this problem.
Even after sending port xxxxxxxxxx to 1900 around 5 messages from aircel mobile number, still didnt get the unique porting code, from nadia, w.b.

Sir I am using aircel no [protected] in Assam whrere the service is stopped I send msg for porting but no response msg delivered to 1900. My another no is [protected] request to generate upc for [protected] and send at this no.
Dear Aircel, My aircel number is [protected] and I'v sent message for getting UPC for this number on 4th March 2018, but I have not received the code yet.So its a humble request to resolve my problem as soon as you can.
