Aircel — not able to send msg to 1900 for porting

I have to port my aircel number and for that i need to send a message "port number[protected]" to 1900. I have been trying for more than a week but unable to send message. Everytime i get the same message as message not sent. There is no issue of insufficient balance or sms pack as i recharged recently. I really need to sort it out asap. Please help me get the code. You can mail me if any queries/concern.

Because of AIRCEL issue in TN i have to port my number to Airtel but I am not getting UPC code. Even when I try to generate with SIM ID, it says mismatch.
Dear sir i and my husband have to aircel sims [protected] & [protected] both are not having network since last four days. Kindly adreess the issue at the earlieast as this number are very important to us.
Fore more than three weeks now, I don't have any network whatsoever so I request to get a UPC for my aircel number as soon as possible. my Aircel number is my primary number I can't afford to loose or change this number as its my official number so please respond me as soon as possible.
I sent sms lot of time to 1900 but still not not received UPC code. Please take necessary action of this

Unable to get UPC code from Aircel for porting my aircel no.. For server being down, aircel customers centre not working, my mobile number is not working. Tried in all respect, but no results
I send message from my Aircel to 1900 on account of PORT(service provider change) but mgs are send successed, but Not reply to me, why
I have been messaging from last 7 days to get the OTP for port.I have now messaged to 1900 more than 10 times still not getting the OTP. My number is [protected]
Please solve it as soon as possible this is my oldest number and I can't afford to loose it as Aircel is shutting down.
