[Resolved]  Aircel — Not able to send PORT message to 1900

Address:411057

I want to port my Aircel service to other service...Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even I called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

It is something blocked by Aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to PORT from aircel to other providers.

I have been trying to send the portability activation message to 1900 for a month now. (It is in the correct format and I am sending from a basic Nokia phone). I have spent hours repeatedly talking on your customer care numbers and all they always say is "You will receive a message within 24 hours." But still nothing has happened.

Can you please tell me whether I should still keep my patience or go rogue?

My number [protected] is getting same message that Unable to send message when i send it to 1900.

It seems like a dirty trick applied by AIRCEL to block our messages to 1900. I swear if you do not resolve this immediately I will go to TRAI and complaint about the inconvenience you guys are causing me!! Please take this seriously and unblock my number to allow me to send PORT messages to 1900.

Disappointed as always with AIRCEL.

Even I called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me that please wait for 24 hours but not getting any response from them problem not sent from 6 to 7 days.They just highlight the number everytime . I tried to port my aircel No several times to 1900 and i got reply like invalid code and please send SMS to 1900. But i tried to correct code only(1900). This is my primary Number kindly resolve me the issue ASAP and guide me on this.
