[Resolved] Aircel — Not get back my money | |||
Sir, I have my mobile number by 57 rs. But recharge was failed but i didn't get my money back till now. My mobile number [protected] and mail id [protected]@gmail.com. Online recharge (Rs 57) by debit card but every time recharge unsuccessful and balance not returned in my account form 2 times (Citi gateway). Bi tried to recharge thorough bill desk gateway (Aircel website) balance debited but recharge unsuccessful and balance not refund. * now what to do? * i'm afraid to recharge online because it may unsuccessful and balance will wipe out from my account.
