Aircel — poor customer service costs me 16k | |||
I am complaining because I have been charged INR 16467. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Gowtham(aircel representative present in infosys mahindra city campus) andthen he told that data is chargeable on roaming .No such catches were mentioned during acquiring the sim. I would like to know how fair it is to charge Internet on roaming without notice and specially while other competitor companies charge nothing. and that too an amount of 16k.However on further asking I was told that If I donot wish to pay the bill I could switch it off and no action would be taken. Also I would like to highlight the maximum credit allowable on my sim is 600 then how did the bill rise upto 16000? I also contacted the customer care and no proper answer was given .However I received a legal notice for the payment following which I have payed the amount. I am a customer and deserve a proper response from the company.This could have been avoided if proper measures and clarifications could have been made at the right time.I want a explanation for this. I also request you to train your employees to clearly state all the chargeable and non chargeable services clearly while procuring the card.
