[Resolved] Aircel — port message not being sent

I'm trying for the past 1 hour sending message for porting out of aircel but all I am getting is that it's not being sent and side by side I'm trying to call customer care of aircel but calls not connecting is this the customer experience you give to your customer. Thanks for contacting us. We request you to send a text PORT followed by10 digits Mobile Number to 1900, you'll receive a UPC code. Once, you get that code, please visit any nearby store of your recipient/new operator along with the following documents for further assistance in this regard:

1. POA (Proof of address)
2. POI (Proof of Identity)
3. 2 Passport size photographs
4. UPC received
