Aircel — port out request failing

I have tried sending "port 9xxxxxxxxx" message to 1900 multiple times, all the time it is failing with "message not sent" error. Please help to resolve this issue. I have been facing issue with very poor network coverage from aircel since last 2 weeks. Everyone is complaining that my number is not reachable. I have tried reaching to aircel via twitter but couldn't succeed as they didn't respond to my tweets.

neeraj nlci's response I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 11 Jul, 2012 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area. [protected]@GMAIL.COM KUMAR

As im trying to generate upc code for portability from AIRCEL to AIRTEL since February, Im unable to get the upc code and im missing many calls due to network issues
kindly resolve my problem at the earliest.

I have try to porting Aircel to another but Aircel suddenly Shutdown with out notice, what can I do?

I didn't receive any porting code. I have already sent porting request to 1900.
