Aircel — port request failed

Sir,
With due respect i would like to draw attention of the authority to the fact that i have not been able to receive upc code. I have sent the port sms/request multiple times but i am getting no response. I want to change my service provider but as there is no network in my circle delhi-ncr i could not send my request but somehow i managed to send it. I would like you to mail the code to [protected]@gmail.com.
Kindly help asap

My Aircel No [protected]. I send PORT Number requesting more than 6 times from 22.2.18 till now. but so far i am not received. In my area tower also very bad condition. I am not able to use net for past 1 week. Please sent Unique PORT number immediately.

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 23 Feb, 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

and near home. I have been sent sms for porting not recived an upc code.
Please proved me upc code as i have sent sms. But not recived upc code yet. Kindely do the need full.

I am Trying to message on 1900 regarding porting code but they not sent my UPC code.
you don't have any right to not giving me my porting code.
my number registered almost all important documents.
so its a request to send my porting code as much as possible.
please give send on my number its very important for me.
