Aircel — port request failed

With due respect i would like to draw attention of the authority to the fact that i have not been able to receive upc code. I have sent the port sms/request multiple times but i am getting no response. I want to change my service provider but as there is no network in my circle delhi-ncr i could not send my request but somehow i managed to send it. I would like you to mail the code to [protected]@gmail.com.
