[Resolved] Aircel — postpaid sim conversion to other network | |||
I am not able to change my mobile number from aircel postpaid network to any other network or aircel prepaid network. Also aircel customer service centers were not giving proper response. Each one asking to do different things and no one is is providing proper solution. Initially i want to convert my aircel network to other network (Reliance post paid), i have submitted all the proof and corporate letter since my mobile number is under corporate cug, but aircel didnt approve the request and rejected the same. So i asked customer care and they suggested me to convert to prepaid and then port to any other network, they told me to contact the showroom where i took sim, but the showroom was not accepting my request, they told that they are not converting post paid to pre paid, immediately i called customer care and raised complaint for the same, but they have closed the complaint without giving any solution. Another customer representative informed to come out from cug by submitting the letter from corporate, so i have submitted the letter for processing the same, but they are not accepting that too,. Aircel is doing worst service and not giving proper response and not allowing to process any request. Kindly take necessary action over aircel and help me in cominig out from aircel network.
