[Resolved]  Aircel — Regarding promo balance

I recharged rs85 in my aircel mobile. But it goes into promo balance. Kindly, convert it into main balance. I cannot utilize my promo balance as voice call. I changed my sim to reliance to aircel, not to see this type of problem. I request you to return my main balance, otherwise i will change my sim.

We would like to inform you that PF balance (promo balance) can not be transferred to main balance. Also, PF balance can be used same as the main balance for voice, SMS and internet but, you can not use PF balance to activate any service.

I have not subscribed for any pack. Please, deactivate full songs download pack. Its charging for two days and i'm losing my balance daily. Kindly return my money back.
