[protected] City: arambag State: westbengal Complaint category: aircel complaints Claim amount (Approx.): 50 or more Subject: balance deduction Complaint description: Respected sir I have a aircel sim with number [protected]. But illegally several times the balance deduct ed . When i tried to complain this to aircel complain no.198. its not working. When i recharge, the balance deducted. Thus i can not use this sim comfortably. Till date the total amount deducted near about rs 50/- or more. (On 13/09/017 deducted rs 30/- and rs 3/- and today once again rs. 15/-) My alternative contact number is [protected]. Please contact at this number if needed instead of victim sim. As govt said link your aadhar to your mobile number.. whether is this free service or paid service I don't know. But retailer asking for Rs. 30 for each mobile number for linking aadhar
