Respected sir

I have a aircel sim with number [protected]. But illegally several times the balance deduct ed . When i tried to complain this to aircel complain no.198. its not working.
When i recharge, the balance deducted. Thus i can not use this sim comfortably.
Till date the total amount deducted near about rs 50/- or more. (On 13/09/017 deducted rs 30/- and rs 3/- and today once again rs. 15/-)

My alternative contact number is [protected]. Please contact at this number if needed instead of victim sim.

A call from the number [protected] received just today 15/09/2017 named Aircel Customer Care and he is asking for my debit card number to receive the balance.but is it the way?.. I just want my balance through Aircel Sim i.e. Victim sim.

Respected sir,

I have already complaint at this site https://www.consumercomplaints.in regarding balance deduction at my reliance gsm no. But not hyet resolved.

The big problem is after complaining this site. Still i cant recharge, because again yesterday 17/09/2017 i had recharged rs 19, but within 15 min, total amount again deducted.

Again i reminding u for resolve that problem.

We would like to inform you that INR 33 had already been posted to your number on[protected] and All VAS pack had been deactivated on the same day.

Today, a refund of INR 15 has also been processed.

Total refunded amount being INF 33 + 15 = Rs 48

As govt said link your aadhar to your mobile number.. whether is this free service or paid service I don't know. But retailer asking for Rs. 30 for each mobile number for linking aadhar
