Aircel — Wrong Recharge done by Mistake

I need to reverse my transaction through PAYTM online for the transaction ref id #TNR[protected] on[protected], as I done it to the wrong number [protected] instead of [protected]. Please do reverse recharge my correct no "[protected]" or reverse my recharge so I can recharge again.
After this complaint they created a docked for 2 days and then they sent a message it was resolved. But I din't got any details of the resolution. Infact the mail was reading they tried to reach me, but they were unable to do so. They asked my alternate no. I even sent an alternate number but till now no resolution or information. Why didn't they sent the details of their resolution in the mail itself. They try to prolong the process so that the other person whose number was recharged mistakenly will exhaust the balance so that they will create a scene that we are unable to deduct or refund your money because the other person's balance was low.

Why dont u do it immediately by checking with the details I have provided.
