[Resolved]  Airindia Express — Request for Refund

I purchase a return ticket from airindia express web site on 02/08/2013 for travelling to and fro Abu Dhabi –Tiruvananthapuram, 11/10/2013 and 19/10/2013. The total amount o[censored]AE dirham’s 1503.59 paid through my credit card on the same day. Due to my leave issue I cancelled the return trip (19/10/2013) on 04/10/2013, the cancellation trip amount UAE dirham’s 639.75 not yet return to my credit card till now. I sent trail mail to air India customer support mail address ([protected]@airindiaexpress.in) for the refund on 27/10/2013, 29/10/2013, 13/11/2013, 23/11/2013, 19/12/2013, 28/12/2013 but the refund amount UAE dirham’s 639.75 not yet paid. I am here by requesting you to help me for getting the refund amount o[censored]AE dirham’s 639.75. Ticket copy attached for your reference.
