[Resolved] Airtel — 10000 Rs FRAUD - Monthly BILL | |||
Airtel has conducted fraud of Rs 10000 by activating International roaming minutes without my consent. Interaction ID - [protected] Reference ID[protected] Since the credit limit of bill has exceeded due to their misconduct, to add to the problem they have deactivated all facilities - outgoing/internet etc on my SIM. I have called them 4 times since yesterday, everytime they say that they will call back. Just once I received call from them that too for 3 seconds and they had cut the phone immediately. Now they are saying that they have called back and you did not pick up. Airtel, show some courtesy and professionalism- 10, 000 Rs fraud in a month is huge. Over that you are pestering me by blocking services. I am going to change mobile service provider now. Was this information helpful? | |||
