I already have 448 active plan, inadvertently it has selected my number again while recharging orher number. I request u to reverse the money or give a alternative ways to save my 448 rupees

Sir, my Airtel payment bank money should not transfer to anywhere
I have recharged 448 plan twice, I need solution for this.
I have recently filed a request for relocating of my Airtel Broadband Connection within the same city - Bangalore. Even after nearly 1 weeks, nobody has shown up. The customer care guy/lady kept buying time, i. e. 72 Hrs etc.But in the ground, no action has been taken
On 20/11/2017 I ordered the iPhone 7pluss in Airtel site, but this phone is not one time payment (Rs. 26000/-). After receiving this phone i realise it is 26000 + 24 months (Rs2400/-). contract phone.
