[Resolved]  Airtel — Poor 5G Network Performance and Data Deduction Issue Airtel

I am facing continuous network issues with Airtel 5G service on my mobile number [protected].

Although 5G (5G++) is shown on my device and I have received confirmation that 5G is available in my area, the actual performance is very poor. The internet speed is extremely low (around 3–10 Mbps), and the network frequently switches between 5G and 4G.

Due to this instability, my daily data is getting deducted from my plan, and I am unable to use the promised unlimited 5G service.

I have already contacted Airtel customer care and raised a complaint, but the issue is still not resolved. I was informed that the issue would be fixed by the end of the month, but there has been no improvement so far.

This issue is causing inconvenience as the service provided does not match the advertised 5G unlimited experience.

I request you to kindly investigate this issue and ensure stable 5G connectivity in my area or take necessary action to resolve the problem at the earliest.
