I am not satisfied with Airtel Payments Bank's policy, I strongly disagree with it.

Dear Airtel Payments Bank Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to inform you that I am only interested in using the Airtel Wallet service. I do not wish to use a Savings Account.

I had previously contacted customer care and requested them to permanently close my Savings Account linked with mobile number 99067XXX43, as I only want to use the wallet facility.

Now, whenever I try to create a wallet, I receive the message:

“Customer is not eligible for wallet creation.”

I kindly request you to please grant me permission to create and use the Airtel Wallet, as I am not interested in the Savings Account at all.

If there is any restriction placed on my mobile number or documents, please review it and allow wallet creation for my account.
