[Resolved] Airtel — UPC Not Generating

I have called the customer care multiple times regarding the same, but they are not ready to help me out. Each time they are making excuses. Each time when I am sending the message port mobile number to 1900 and getting the reply from 1901 that there are some contractual obligations from the current operator, so please contact them to get this resolved. I have contacted Airtel Support multiple times, even visited their store, no on was able to help me out. I request through this palform please help me so that I can port out from this operator and get a better services.

UPC was not generating and Airtel didn't helped me at all. I was fed up from their service. What I have did was converted my postpaid number to prepaid and done a minimum amount recharge and tried generating the UPC, it got generated, immediately I rushed to other operators store and got the number ported. Airtel is the worst porvioder in terms of customer service and satisfaction.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
