Airtel — 2 new airtel connections - unable to use but billing cycle already started | |||||
We had taken 2 new connections and the billing cycle has started on 17th, whereas one connection started after rigorous follow-up with technicians concerned, but the second connection is not yet given but billing cycle continues now the technicians do not take calls either. Spoke to team leader of mr. Rahul yadav (M-[protected]) who got the documentation done. He put us on to his team leader, who heard the complaint and informed he will call back after 10 mts, but no call received till the writing of this. Is this the service being meted out by airtel, especially new connections, but billing cycle starts from day one, irrespective of connection given or not? Was this information helpful? | |||||
