Hi 21st January 2019 I have updated the SIM in airtel store location:Jahandar apartment rethibowli, Mehdipatnam opposite to Pillar number29, they were charging Rs. 50 for updating the SIM and not giving the reciept for it, Everything they were charging act on this asap many customers are losing money due to lack of awareness.

I called to airtel complaints they were saying we can't take your complaint. Do the needful ASAP

They have fired 2 people who are doing fraud for 2 years and refunded the amount
