Airtel — 3 G charges levied without activation | |||
This is in reference to my bill for airtel number [protected]. I have activated 2G internet service under which I am charged 98 rs. and given an access 2gb internet. I receieved a bill of Rs.8773, where it is mentioned I have exceeded my internet usage limit of 2GB. I checked my bill the usage has come of 3G, whereas I had not activated the same, ever. Also I was never informed or intimated when I exceeded my limit of 2GB for 2 G usage nor did I received any confirmation regarding the activation of 3G. Suddenly the internet service was stopped stating the bill. I called customer service and airtel gallery, but they were of no help, infact they were not ready to help. I would like to raise my disagreement with bill, as to why should I bear the cost of not being informed when my limit was exhausted and 3G was activated. Why should I pay the charges for 3G when I never requested for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
