Airtel — [protected]/ no option for channel selection given by broadcast provider | |
As per process suggested by airtel customare care i have done recharge of rs. 160 and then select my pack from 998 channel and send message after scanning qr code. I have received negative response " Your request could not be processed. To opt for new pack/channels, please visit channel number 998 of your airtel digitaltv or download my airtel app." Once again i reached to customare care service proivder and they suggest me to recharge from my airtel app. In this app many of the popular packages are not available which are provided by channel broadcasters. So requesting to the trai authority to take necessary action and provide solutions. Was this information helpful? | |

I am also facing the same problem. Airtel digital tv once has given the option to choose the channel between January and February 2019 and then removed. Now I want to do some changes in the base pack but now option has removed by Airtel gigital tv.
