[Resolved] Airtel — 349 plan is not given to my number | |||
I recharged for 349 but dint get 1 gb per day so I called customer care, they said that offer is not applicable to my number and they will raise the offer request and it will be activated i a week but even after a month also it's not activated I called again after a month they tell the same thing that offer is not applicable to my number. When everyone has got 349 offer I am not getting the same instead it's showing 799 offer in my airtel app. Therefore I request you to activate 349 offer immediately to my number Was this information helpful? | |||

Sharanya, it's their business tactics, perhaps.
If you had been recharging greater than 500 INR/Month, they would definitely not want to give you this offer and make you spend less on them. Try to identify your monthly expenditure on Airtel. Try to stop recharging at all, for a month or two, perhaps, the system will inject that offer for you.
