[Resolved] Airtel — 399 offer suddenly stopped in my number | |||
Dear sir, I am facing problem regarding airtel 399 pack.in the month of april i was recharge with the same amount and i was easily use this pack but when this pack validity close. I check my offer through offer dialling the number there is mentioning 399 offer is available for your number and also i confirmed this offer through my airtel apps after recharge this amount, in my phone internet not run because suddenly the pack is applicable only for 4 g handset as well as 4g sim. My com[plain is why customer care department not intimate me that this offer is now not for 3g handset and 3g phone and also why indicate this offer on my number as well as in my airtel apps Please do the needful Thanks & regards Vishal sinha Was this information helpful? | |||
