Airtel — 399 plan not working after a month

Respected sir/madam,

I jankee devi recharged my airtel no [protected] with 399 plan on 1st september 2017, validity 84 days but after using it for a month the plan is not active anymore and i m being asked to recharge my number again.
This doesn't makes any sense.
Please help me with the above.
