[Resolved]  Airtel — 399 Plan validity

Airtel is cheating the indians. They have reduce the validity of Rs. 399 pack with only 56 days without any information. Yesterday (25-apr-2017) I recharged my airtel number with Rs. 399 and got only 56 days validity.

Their my airtel app still showing it's validity 70 days buy when I called to airtel customer care, they said there is technical error in my airtel app and we reduce validity to 56 days before 2 days.

I request to all indians lets teach a lesson to these kind of fraud companies and support JIO - Clear policy with full benefits.

I surprised that Airtel representative called me after this complain and asking my credit card number from which i made the payment of 399 to extend the validity with 70 days.

when i refuse to give my credit card number, he said it's mandatory to extend the validity.

Strange! I mean how a company can ask personal detail like credit card number etc...Anyone have answer?

Airtel is cheating its subscribers.I have 4G handset with 4G SIM. I recharged with 399 .unlimited data is working fine .but I'm not able to make unlimited calls and the validity is only for 28days and not 70 days .DISGUSTING
i have recharged my airtel number with 399 /-, and its not giving 1gb/day as promised . my data expired after first 1gb usage and they are giving 28 days validity instead of 70 days, nor they are giving 1gb data/day, its my mistake to choose airtel when jio is fulfilling their promises.
Am facing same problem, In app they are mentioning 84 days validity and when i recharge it, It is showing only 28 days validity. Airtel is a mistake. i wish i could give 0 star.

Yes.. Now AIRTEL foolishing customers and giving wrong information.
They announced 399 plan for 84 days.. But when I recharge with the same plan it gave me 70 days validity.
I informed the same to Airtel customer care, they clearly mentioned that.. this new plan offer 399 is just announced in news.. but they never ever make this true it seems..
What is this AIRTEL.. why to do this silly things.. if you don't have money, never make the wrong statement in public.
