[Resolved] Airtel — 399 Plan validity | |||||
Airtel is cheating the indians. They have reduce the validity of Rs. 399 pack with only 56 days without any information. Yesterday (25-apr-2017) I recharged my airtel number with Rs. 399 and got only 56 days validity. Their my airtel app still showing it's validity 70 days buy when I called to airtel customer care, they said there is technical error in my airtel app and we reduce validity to 56 days before 2 days. I had recharged with 399 plan and 1st day I got 1 gb from the next day I didn't get 1 gb may I know the reason

I thought airtel is best compering with jioo but i should think about it once again ether to use airtel are not in feature b.coz its repeatedly changing the offers ...

Yes.. Now AIRTEL foolishing customers and giving wrong information.
They announced 399 plan for 84 days.. But when I recharge with the same plan it gave me 70 days validity.
I informed the same to Airtel customer care, they clearly mentioned that.. this new plan offer 399 is just announced in news.. but they never ever make this true it seems..
What is this AIRTEL.. why to do this silly things.. if you don't have money, never make the wrong statement in public.
