Airtel — 399 rs plan has been expired only in 9 days. | |||
Hi sir! I am vishal. My contact no. Is [protected] (Airtel). I have recharged with 399 rs. On 10th aug.in which i have to get unlimited calls and 1 gb interner for 84 days. But this plan has expired on 18th aug. Only within 9 days. And airtel doesn't provide any direct employee no. So that we can talk to them. There is a irritating way to put a complaint through call 121 or 198. These numbers doesn, t give a solution instead of that those numbers show other services but not the way to complain. Why should they not provide a direct complaint no? Isn't this our right to put a complain against wrong service/ Was this information helpful? | |||
