[Resolved] Airtel — 3g, 2g, 4g nothing works about 2 months | |||||
From middle of may 2017 airtel has stopped 4g in my area, jolaibari. From then 3g and even 2g is also in worst position. It connects on 3g but no data is been transferred. I personally contacted with tm, zsm, and zbm too, but in vain. They are very much illiterate about thr issue. My most of the business runs on internet. I have recharged ₹1498 in 3 airtel numbers for internet for 1 year. Now my time and money both are running out. Now my issue is that, who will l bear the loss of my business.
