7 months of an issue, no resolution. Just going into cycles.
21MBPS of said speed - 0.1MBPS of actual speed, yet no help.
121 online help asks to visit gallery, change sim, get the device checked.
Gallery charges everytime, changes sim, changes settings. Sends us back home with false assurances.
This has been going into cycles since 7 months and I'm helplessly asking for home assistance which was promised at the time of purchase.
It is utter crap, the way they deal. A std reply to my emails everytime.
If this doesn't come to a satisfactory conclusion, I will shut all my company corporate accounts and spread the word on all my social circles publically. Was this information helpful? |
